The Game Reserve
Aquila private game reserve sits right outside of Cape Town, a mere 2-hour drive. Our journey starts at the beginning. As you board your private vehicle, you and your circle are taken to the entrance of the game reserve where you and your circle are treated with drinks and a little bit of insight on the reserve and what you will see during your safari drive.

The big 5 and others
You and your circle will be taken on Safari by an experienced guide in an open safari vehicle and this is where your adventure begins.
Along the road, you will experience the sight of the majestic elephant, the biggest buffalo you have ever seen and the sheer powerful sight of a lion. But it's not just the big 5 that grabs the attention of the landscape, the fastest land mammal, a cheetah can be spotted lounging in the sun, antelope galloping in the grass and even the smallest of animals running in the long grass.
It's not just the wildlife you will see, Aquilla is famous for but also the San Bushman rock art and your experienced guide will explain all you need to know about it.
